Silverio Menete
Silverio Menete, an American citizen born in Maputo, Mozambique, is a dedicated Christian minister and community leader. He graduated from Swaziland Bible College and pursued further studies at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, USA.
An ordained minister, Silverio is the president and founder of Alliance Power Source, LLC where he serves as an energy consultant, as well as the founder and CEO of Alliance Global Outreach. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, he actively participates as a prayer partner and a First Impressions volunteer at FBD.
Silverio, alongside his wife and three children, is deeply committed to the holistic development of children in Maputo, Mozambique. Through his ministry, he works to ensure that every child thrives spiritually, physically, and academically, providing both spiritual guidance and essential resources for their growth.

Randall Rogers
Randall Rogers, a Dallas resident, a newly elected member, and President of AGO. He strives to model his life after Acts 20:24 “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”
What drives him each day is to find ways to help others either at his work, church, and community. He has done this since he was at Jesuit Dallas, where he received a community outreach award: A Man for Others.
Randall has worked professionally in various sectors, and now is currently an electrical estimator. On his down time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, tinkering with his car, and playing golf. Something you did not know about him is that he is conversationally fluent in Spanish and has gone on several mission trips to Central America.

Mike Aries
Mike Arias is a sales professional with Ace Mart Restaurant Supply with 18 years of experience in the restaurant equipment business. Mike holds a BS degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M-Commerce.
His in-depth knowledge of what his customers' needs are and what technology is available today allows him to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. He is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of his customers.
He is a Christian dedicated to the cause of the kingdom of God as demonstrated through his commitment to his local church and other Christ-centered ministries that aim at showing the love of Christ to the lost. He is married to Alana, and they have two wonderful dogs, Bentley & Bradley.

Tiniesha Menete
Born in Oklahoma City, Dr. Tiniesha Menete graduated with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Mid-America Christian University and furthered her education at Abilene Christian University, where she received a Doctorate in Education. She currently serves as the executive assistant to the associate executive pastor at First Baptist Dallas. Additionally, she is the founder of the Christian podcast Sow in Peace and the organization Sow in Peace Biblical Conflict Management. Passionate about studying the Bible, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She serves on the board for Alliance Global Outreach, honoring her husband and children’s family's heritage in Mozambique. She believes in the importance of feeding both body and soul.

Brian C. Claunch
"Brian C. Claunch is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Texas and has over 25 years experience in accounting, primarily in the energy industry. Brian currently serves as Vice President of Financial Reporting at Comstock Resources, Inc., where he has worked for the past four years. Prior to joining Comstock, Mr. Claunch worked in various accounting and management roles at Pioneer Natural Resources, Inc. and Guidon Energy, Inc. from 2005 to 2020. Brian began his career as an auditor at Grant Thornton LLP in 1999 after receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Brian has been married to his wife, Meghan, for 19 years and have two sons, Wyatt and Elijah. Brian and Meghan are active members at First Baptist Church of Dallas where Brian serves as a deacon and they both serve in the First Impressions Ministry."

Edward Franklin
Edward Franklin has 36 years of experience serving in out-of-school-time programs in underserved, urban communities in America. He has led Voice of Hope Ministries in Dallas, Texas as President and CEO for 20 years. He is a NIOST National Afterschool Matters Fellow, a White-Riley-Peterson Fellow, Texas Education Policy Fellow and a Christian Community Development Association Leadership Cohort Alum. He has been a 21st Century Learning Center grant application reviewer for the Oakland Unified School District's Office of Expanded Learning and the Texas Education Agency. He is a research-practitioner for the National Institute of Out-of-School-Time and a contributing author in the latest OST book series "The Heartbeat of the Youth Development Field: Professional Journeys of Growth, Connection, and Transformation (2023), which shines a light on the intricate connections between research and practice touching upon both the vulnerability and triumph of youth development work". He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Religious Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary and is in his final stages of a Doctor of Ministry degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.
He is passionate about his work and faith and dedicated to serving children and families residing in underserved communities domestically and abroad though quality, Christian, OST programs. He has been married to Michele for 21 years and has 3 children.

Deric Waters
Dr. Deric W. Waters is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Texas Instruments where he began his career in 2006. Deric received bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas Tech University in 1999, then a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005.
He met his wife in Dallas and they have been married for 17 years and have four children. He is a deacon at First Baptist Church in Dallas where he teaches Jr. High grade Sunday School.

Reed Aswill
S. Reed Ashwill is the Founder and Chairman of the Borden Hamman Agency. Reed received a bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from Baylor University in 1971. Since then, he received his Chartered Life Underwriter’s (CLU) designation as well as his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He and his family live in Dallas, Texas.
He met his wife at Baylor University and they have been married over 50 years and have had four children. He is an active member of First Baptist Church in Dallas where he has been a teacher of Young Marrieds for over 30 years.
